Good evening,

I came across a question from a mother whose doctor said she'd only get the
excess mucus in her air passages under control once she stops breastfeeding.
As she is a singer, this is an important factor which impacts on the sound
she produces. She doesn't want to wean and asked me if I knew anything
about this. The child is around a year old. Can you help me with
references? I couldn't find anything and feel this is one of these
situations where breastfeeding is blamed for just everything what happens.

Any wisdom out there how I could help the mom?

Thanks in advance.
