I would recommend mom's eliminating dairy products and caffeine.  This
treatment has helped all of the diagnosed reflux cases I have worked with.
Also check for oversupply (presenting similarly),which can be corrected by
the standard of one breast for any feeding under 3 hours.  Do check first
though for wet diaper count and green stools to be sure that this is the
problem.
