Well, Jessica,
whew, sounds like you have tried just about everything in the book! Maybe bring the babysitter with you to work, with the baby.? Has the babysitter used the sling? or the snuggly like you do? True, there are not breasts (altho' you say there are) that she can nurse from. Also, you mentioned 4 hours. Is that the duration of your stay at work? including travel? I know from some, that some babies just prefer to wait til Mom gets home. Maybe she doesn't want to eat if it isn't from you. Would it be outrageous to suggest not making food an issue. Maybe she would take water from the sitter? just in case she is thirsty, and she will make up for lost nutrition during those away hours when you get home and throughout the night.? just some thoughts.
