Thanks for your detail.  I took the training as a family planning counselor a
couple years ago but it was through work.  The Contraceptive Technology book
stayed with the job when I left.  Your explanation was exactly what I
thought.  I tried to explain this to the doctor who didn't seem to get the
point.  How much training to pediatricians have in this after all?
