when working  as lactation specialist on a postpartum unit, I decided to
practice my very effective hand expression technique so I could explain
what I was doing(I was really good at it, used to express my  milk
directly into a bottle, to avoid losing even one precious drop and to
avoid cleaning pump parts) and lo and behold I got some of that "salad
dressing" too! I think being around all those adorable babies
contributed to it too. My youngest hadnot breastfed for at least 4-5
years....

BTW-I don't think this is colostrum-it's the "weaning" milk as the glands
involute...
