It's not how long the baby is on the breast, it's how well he breastfeeds.
A baby who breastfeeds really well for, say, 20 minutes, probably won't take
the other side.  A baby who nibbles at the breast for 20 hours on each side
will still come off hungry.  Get away from timing of breastfeeding, it's
going to be the ruin of us all.
