Dear Kathy:
     You are right to be pissed. The whole scene is an outrage, from the
start of labor to the premature weaning. We all do what we can, one mother at
a time, but until enough mothers who have been ripped open and ripped off
rise up and raise hell, the system ain't gonna change.
