I honestly don't think there is any such thing as a totally non fat diet. 
Sometimes after gall bladder surgery the patient may react to fats.  They 
just need to stay away from super fatty stuff (fried foods, hot dogs, gobs 
of cheese, whole milk, whipped cream etc.) Her system will adjust,  just 
don't overload it.  Milk production will rob mom's fat stores anyway.  Any 
nutritionists on Lactnet?
