My experience with a baby who is totally bf and who is experiencing
difficult, thick, sticky bms is to GET THE BABY TO A DOCTOR who can run some
tests for CF on them.....

The stools you describe are those of a CF kid. That is, if there are  other
factors, ie medications, foods being given, etc.
