We don't have these bags but when I see a midwife or health visitor
with a pen or a notepad or some other cheap trinket with a formula
logo on I think exactly the same thing. I have sat in offices
talking to some about promoting and supporting breastfeeding, where
on the walls there's been a be-logo'd calendar and a year planner,
and on the desk a set of post-it notes and a desk tidy made from an
empty can of formula.

I don't think it's unfair of me.

Healthcare professionals committed to breastfeeding would understand
the issues about not using stuff 'given' to them by formula
manufacturers, and are sufficiently insightful of their practice to
know what message using them may give out, not just to mothers, but
to colleagues.
