I saw a mother with a similar problem - after seeing her in my office it was
obvious that the lumps were   supernumerary nipples - we used cabbage leaves
on them to reduce the size - this mother also could tell a difference in
size related to whether it was before or after a feeding - they were larger
and tighter as her breasts became more full.
