It is recommended that Reglan be discontinued gradually, by 10 mg/day a
week, which you could do if you need to wait for the Domperidone to get
here.  It is said that the milk supply may decrease precipitously if the
Reglan is stopped suddenly, but I don't know if this would happen if you
started Domperidone right away.

I have never weaned from Reglan to Domperidone...I don't use Reglan.
Anyone else have a "protocol"???

I have had 2 moms with known PCOS who had milk supply problems who
seemed to benefit from Metformin therapy.  Dr Hale has new data showing
this does NOT get into the milk in significant amounts.
