Hi all,

I got a question I can't answer. I have moms permission to post:

Is it safe to do Bikram (hot) yoga as a nursing mom? Bikram is a yoga
style that is performed in a 105 degree room with 40% humidity for 90
minutes. I practiced it before being pregnant and would like to start
up again. I know that you can't do it while pregnant but I am not sure
about nursing.

Please email privately to [log in to unmask]

Thank you.
