Look, for instance, here, at the picture on the far right of the first row.
http://www.007b.com/breast_gallery_F.php  The woman herself says:
'I... was unable to breastfeed because I made NO milk.... My breasts never changed..."

True, but what impressed me was the number of "tubular" breasts that *did* make milk - women who apparently breastfed without incident from breasts that I would have had serious doubts about. but that were, in fact, normal.
