We are developing our Lactation Consultation program in a hospital setting
(approx. 650 births/yr.).
I am wondering if anyone in a similar setting would be willing to share a
job description for hospital based LC.  My fellow IBCLC and myself are
beginning the task of policy  writing, developing documentation tools,
writing our job desription, as well as many other fine details required in
this project.  Any of these things willing to be shared would be greatly
appreciated.
