This is a strong possibility.  Too much of a good thing is no longer a
good thing.  I'm not sure about the soy protein passing into the
breastmilk, but if that is her main source of protein on a daily basis,
it probably is.  I would guess she could back off or eliminate soy for a
week to be sure.  Then go down the list: wheat, spices, corn, legumes, etc.
