FWIW,
The only physician stories I have heard is that someone alerted the
malpractice insurance company, which then threatened to revoke the insurance
for the practice unless the "offender" signed an agreement not to prescribe
domperidone anymore. It is about fear-- fear of liability-- because it
certainly isn't based in any realistic threat of harm.
