Has anyone ever heard of constipation (hard pellet stools q3-4 days) being a
side effect of the BCP?  I have a new mom (5wks pp) who was put on a new low
dose BCP and within 2-3 days of starting it the baby started with hard
stools.  Mom states her milk supply has not change and the baby is thriving.
It has been the only thing new in her diet.  As a side note, she has been on
Motrin for about 12 wks for chronic pain.  Any suggestions or ideas?
