I think it's in the mechanics of bottle feeding -- a

Hospital nurses that I'm familiar with just can't seem to "get" that.  The
fact that a newborn takes down 2 oz of formula is proof that "the baby was
hungry" or "that baby is a good eater".....nevermind that they almost all
spit up later on.
