A friend approached me about her neice who is 18 months old and still having occasional breastfeeds. She has enlarged breasts and has done so since a baby, she's not obese at all. People evidently notice them and make comment on them. Is this just a hormonal thing? will it settle when she stops breastfeeding? Has any one else come across this problem? I look forward to some replies. Thanks.
