Could the problem be helped with changes in positioning.  The baby is now a
toddler and toddlers are bigger to hold and can be harder to position
comfortably and they tend to do gymnastics too.  Maybe finding another
location to nurse, instead of her regular nursing station if she has one?  Or
nurse lying down?  Basically, experimenting with position changes.
