Dear all:

I had a call from a mother who gave me permission to post.  Shetook Echinacea with 
golden seal in it AFTER her baby's last feed in the evening.  Her baby slept for nine hours, 
then woke and fed from one breast. Then she read online that golden seal was 
contraindicated.  I could not find any info on this in Hale.  

Anyone have some info on the risks, transfer to the baby, and/or half life in the system?
