It is not up to anyone to convince the doctor, it is the mother who decides.
Actually, the opinions are split.  Hale says no, Lawrence says yes to gold.
The amount that would get into the milk is tiny and oral absorption is
virtually zip, so I would say, no problem.  Hale's main concern is the very
long half life of the drug.
