                   no deoderant
                   no decaf products
                   no choc.
                   wear a bra with psh up pad to keep breats upright and
prevent pressure on ducts....

       I have had very good sucess with increase in salt...mother's ( all of
us) should slat to taste... the physician who espouses this believes we all
are slightly dehydrated as a result of the "salt" scare....
