"Can anyone refer me information on the risk to the infant nursing from a
mother
who has IgA nephropathy?"

Why on earth would it be a problem for a mother with this illness to
breastfeed?  Another case of "breastfeeding is *always* the problem, or
contraindicated, and if not either of those, inconvenient".
