Thank you to Kathy Dettwyler for pointing-out the fact I had failed to
mention the immunological properties of breastmilk in my first-time post. 
I guess I assumed we all knew that breastmilk is superior food for humans
(babies and adults) precisely because it has (according to my references
about 16) immunoligical components which no other food does.  The intent of
my comparison of herbs to breastmilk was not to equate them but to describe
the way in which herbs feed the body to make it well.  I'll be more careful
in the future.
