Greetings all,

I remember hearing about a patient who had sued a hospital for giving her
baby a bottle when she intended to breastfeed.

Does anyone know if this ever happened and if the suit was successful?

Along the same lines, are there any hospitals that require a physician to
write an order before formula is given to a baby?

TIA

Shirley Gross
