I absolutely agree with Nina on this. I would continue breastfeeding with no
scheduling of feed times.
I would ask mother to rest as much as possible, nurse on cue, hydrate, and
use humidity in home,
and eat as well as she can. Get help in the household if possible while
mother is sick.She may also
want to consider taking a pro-biotic type supplement like lactobacillus or
acidophillus to help with the
friendly bacterial flora.
