Does anyone know of an LC in Paris (France)? I met a very nice French lady at my husbands company dinner/dance in England (we now live in the USA) who is about 36 weeks pregnant with her second child, she had some difficulties breastfeeding her first child ( not sure what - my french is not that good).She became very excited when she learned what I did for a living and asked me lots of questions.
  I did try to give her a little advice but talking  in bad French above loud music and trying to demonstrate how to hold your breast in a 'C' hold through my evening dress was perhaps less than ideal!
