When I worked with obese mom's at WIC, many of them found that a rolled up
hand towel placed under the breast raised the nipple up so Mom could see to
latch the baby on better.  Most of the problems I saw were poor latch because
Mom couldn't visualize the baby due to the angle of the breast.  It's worth a
try.
