Debi,  you are correct. We no longer need to monitor.  I am not sure about who hospitals use to extract their data.  I have worked at 3 hospitals in Florida and they all did it differently.  Two hospitals did it themselves.  The other hired a company to do the extractions for them.  Company name is Primaris. Search the archives as there was a post about this.  What area are you located? I am on the Treasure Coast.
