Is mother returning to the employed workforce where the med would have more impact on her ability to function well, or is she "working" at home with infant where she might be able to function quite well using some behavioral strategies (until baby is older)? Are there concerns re: side effects baby can be watched for? Wonder what her doc (and baby's pedi) would think about one of the time-release meds that would result in more even blood levels?
