thoughts:

Five days before menses could try/discuss w/doc non-steroidal
anti-inflammatory course......

she does not spike a fever.....right?

may be interesting to see what her sed rate is doing before and during these
episodes.......

For any inflammation that occurs in spite of non-steroidal anti-inflammatory
med, ....ice, cabbage.....

Any lump at the site between inflammation epidodes?

Lechithin maybe?
