We started calling it tittie (without thinking long term) but luckily he
modified that to calling it "tee". He is now four and nurses every day or
every other day. We were out getting the car serviced and asked for "tee"
in front of the service guy. (my son looks about 6) No one batted an eye
because they thought he wanted tea. :) It worked great. I asked my son to
wait a few minutes and all was well.

<One mother I know had a toddler who was quite advanced in age and mind
and called nursing having tea. You could feign a British accent and say,
"Oh, are you quite sure you're ready for tea?"
Jo-Anne, who knows *why* her little one calls it "do do," although
everyone just thinks it means she's sleepy.>
