     Hi All

I saw an article in yesterday's USA Today that said one of the
microbial lipids in human milk "completely inhibited" chlamydial
infection... The researchers (Mary Lampe and colleagues @ u of
washington, seattle) are hopeful that there will be a topical lipid
preparation to fight off not only chlamydia but other STDs..

     Isn't our milk wonderful!!!???

Darillyn - I can relate to you about how bothersome it can be to see
women who refuse to nurse. Although I have been bleesed with two
healthy children, one of my kids died shortly after birth. Wehn I
would go out and see all these women with bottles my stomach just
turned. I wanted so badly to nurse my baby, and here all these women
were, with this precious gift of a healthy child, and functioning
breasts and they didn't even care... AARRRGGHHH!!! Take care! :)
