There is no question that the nurse was dealing with her own issues.  But I think as a nicce gesture, and to leave a good feeling in this nurse's head for her next child, or a friend who needs advice etc. it would be reasonable for Pricilla to call or speak to her in person and say something like the follows:
" I saw that you left my lecture early.  It must have been very hard for you to hear the rest of it after you had such a frustrating experience.  It is so terrible what a nursing mother cannot get the proper help that she needs.  I wanted to make sure you have the numbers of all the IBCLC'd in the area.  These are trained professionals who even make housecalls.  Also, here are the numbers of LLL in the area.  This way, next time around you will be better informed, and you will also have the info to give another mother if she should ever ask you.  I'm so sorry you did not get the help when you needed it..."
Let her blame someone else.  She will never admit that she could have worked harder to find the help-  She thinks the system failed her.  The main thing is that she is left with a positive feeling about LC and BF in general.
