I tried to do this in our city, Owen Sound Ontario.  But they will not do
proclamations anymore.  It was getting too costly to put the ads in papers
and too many *contraversial* issues.  So I put the press release in the
paper instead.  I am still waiting to hear from them!  My ad as a pp will
appear for the next 4 Fridays; so hopefully all this will make an impact on
people!
