Ros, if using a agent to increase prolactin, domperidone (Motilium) is
preferred to metoclopramide (Maxolon) b/c domperidone doesn't cross the
blood-brain barrier.
Here is a small study:
Petralgia F et al. Domperidone in defective and insufficient lactation.
