Therapy. He got his start on TV syndication through regular guest
appearances on Oprah Winfrey show. He is a big man and his opinions are
Absolute. Can be very intimidating, especially when the audience is roused
in support of His Side of the argument. That's why anyone who appears on
his show in support of NIP needs to be VERY strong and self-assured when
Dr. Phil presents his in-your-face pronouncements and audience cat-calls.
He has a habit of reducing "social offenders" to tears on national TV.
