HELP!!
I have a mother who is 6 weeks postpartum with her second baby (with
permission to post). She breastfed her first child (who is now 3) for almost 1
year with an abundant milk supply. She had planned for another abundant
supply with this baby but here we are 6 weeks later with less than 1 ounce
per breast per feed.
She is only taking prenatal vit. no birth control meds--Her diet is healthy,
she's not anemic, no history of infertility. Her baby is a lusty feeder, willing to
nurse for long intervals--which she has been doing. She is also trying Mothers
Milk tea.
I have spoken with her midwife about Reglan, and we agree that this should
be the "last tool used" related to to side effects.
What am I missing?!
