Isn't it a moot situation at this point.  they are both sick.  Mom makes antibodies that go into her milk.  Baby can use the antibodies, so nurse. Of course, as someone else said, if mom has an immunity deficient disease that's another story, but do we know if she is an immune deficient person or just a normal mom  who caught a virus?
