I agree that it might be risky (preterm labor) for a mom carrying twins. I
understand they expect she *might* deliver at 34 wks, but might she not???
Many MOT can carry to 38 wks and probably longer. Can she begin expressing
once it becomes obvious that delivery is near? Perhaps provide her with
sterile containers so she has them handy? I guess it is a risk:benefit
thing, getting colostrum ready versus more time in the womb?
