Re my previous post that Phyllis Adamson has so vigilantly and
vigorously corrected:  If anyone uses wording that has been
taken/reserved for a business content and can prove it has been in use,
ebay will respond.

A lot of Lactnet people have catchy business names and website monikers
regarding and including breastfeeding as a title.  They should protect
it through trademark registration for just this kind of reason, even if
they are not marketing their services currently, but plan to do so in
the future.
