Yes. People of Western European cultural heritages (wherever they live in the world) or people who have experienced Westernization commonly hold cultural beliefs that could increase the likelihood of guilt feelings. Of course, there is immense diversity within cultures so we cannot say that this is true among all people with Western European cultural heritages or among all people who have experienced Westernization.
