<I got a call from a woman who is suffering from hyperprolactinemia. She
wants to wean her 2,5 yo son, but doesn't manage.

She got Dostinex (Cabergoline) 2 x 1 mg,  but this doesn't help!!! >

 Wonder if this lady could be hyperthyroid ?  Has that been ruled out?   If
so that would have to be treated first.
