  Please don't think I'm doubting your experience
Donna, but I personally look at both sides of every
solution that I can, especially since I have
fibromyalgia.

What suggestions do you have for a mother who suspects
ADHD or bi-polar in her son, but is unable to do the
Feingold diet to it's complete extent due to other
needs in her life?  I've suggested "Control Theory" by
William Glasser to her but would like to offer more.
apologies for venturing off topic here, but modified
diets do come up with some regularity.
