I've been working on a paper on infant feeding in emergency situations and came across the following "teachers kit" from the charity Save the Children. 
I was dismayed to find the following
Emergency Relief in Sri Lanka
First Phase: As an example, our emergency kits contained biscuits, lentils, tea, a tin of mackerel, soya meat, dried lentils, coconut milk powder, protein drink powder, a baby's bottle, baby milk powder and pain relief tablets.

I find this concerning at a number of levels.
Firstly, it seems that breastmilk substitutes were included in a basic emergency kit that got given out without targetting. 
Secondly, they gave out baby bottles!!! No excuse or need for them to do that.
Thirdly, I thought that Save the Children was a big org and should know better??
Fourthly, this is an education pack for children....telling them what is needed in aid provision!

I wonder if they did indeed give provide aid as this guide describes???
