Since gain is good, somebody's doing something right! I'm wanting more information about his "struggling" . Is it prolonged feeds, choking, nipple pain, or what?

He has a sucking blister but his palate felt nice and flattish. Its his palate is throwing me off and the length of the frenulum - over 1cm. I forgot to press on the frenulum to see if that did anything. His tongue didn't seem to extend much. Many thanks,Sarah McCann BScHons, IBCLC, LLL Leader.
