I understand that ICEA is not a BF organization, however they have taken a
public and policy stand to affirm BF and are violating their own policies.
Sounds like the org is having major internal problems. As a former ICEA
member I'm sorry to hear that ICEA's basic job of advocating for parents is
being compromised.  Isn't it a shame that the almighty $ gets it's ugly
head into places that
