The same reasoning as in Maryland is what is preventing the passage of a
breastfeeding support bill by the state legislature of PA. I have inquired
several times with our state legislature and have been told there is not
enough interest in the bill.  It is felt there is not enough problems with
breastfeeding in public to require a bill
